Hello & Welcome
GrassRoutes Cohousing (formerly Waterloo Region Cohousing Project - WRCP) is a group of people creating a sustainable cohousing community in the Waterloo Region in Ontario, Canada.
Our plan is to build 20-24 tightly clustered homes and a Common House, combining the advantages of privacy with shared common facilities. It will include parking on the periphery and shared outdoor spaces, resources, and activities, including meals and celebrations.
GrassRoutes Information and Conversation Session
GrassRoutes cohousing is pleased to be offering an Information and Conversation Session for the cohousing curious. We will introduce the cohousing life-style and share information about GrassRoutes Cohousing, an intentional community we are working hard to build in Kitchener-Waterloo area. There will be opportunities to ask questions of our current members, and to become part of our community.
